Terms and Conditions of Use for Selfmap

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between you and Selfmap ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") regarding your use of the Company's applications, website, and related services (the "Service"), including all textual, graphic, video, music, software and other content available through the Service (the "Content").

Your access and use of the Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establish a legally binding contractual relationship between you and the Company. For this reason, PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE.

The Service is intended as a tool that may be useful in achieving your personal development goals. Not all information or recommendations may be suitable for everyone.

You acknowledge that activities inspired by the Service may involve risks, and you assume full responsibility for your health, wellbeing, and any decisions you make based on the Service's content. Information provided through our Service is for informational purposes only. The Service is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, including medical, psychiatric, financial, investment, or legal advice. Never disregard or delay seeking professional help. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. You hereby represent and warrant to the Company that you are at least 18 years old and meet the foregoing qualification.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use the Service. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion will result in permanent loss of all your data (see Privacy Policy).

4. Service Use and Restrictions

If you use the Service, you represent and warrant to the Company that: (i) all required information you submit is truthful and accurate; (ii) your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation or these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of Service, or your access to the Service, in the event that you breach these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

As a user of the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable regulations or rules

4.2.2 Harmful or Abusive Behavior

• Share your account with others (each user must have their own account)
• Use AI-generated content for commercial purposes (reselling, republishing for profit) without our written permission
• You may share your personal reports for non-commercial purposes (such as sharing on social media for personal use)

5. AI and Automated Processing

5.1 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses advanced AI technology to generate personalized content based on your input, including:

• Personalized recommendations based on your goals and activity

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

6.1 Subscription Plans and Pricing

Certain features of the Service may be offered for a fee. You can make a purchase through an App Store (the "Purchase") or directly through us.

Selfmap may offer:

• Free tier with limited features
• Premium subscriptions with enhanced features and benefits
• Additional paid features or add-ons
• Trial subscriptions that provide access to the Service for a limited period of time

6.2 Billing and Payment Terms

Billing:

• Charges are processed through RevenueCat and Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the subscription period
• Prices shown exclude applicable taxes
• Payment methods: Credit/debit cards via app stores

Price Changes:

• We may change subscription prices at any time
• Price changes apply to new subscribers immediately
• Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before price changes take effect
• Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price

Failed Payments:

• If payment fails, we will attempt to re-bill your payment method
• Access may be suspended until payment succeeds
• Your account may be terminated after repeated payment failures

Third-Party Payment Services:

Payments are processed through:

• RevenueCat - Subscription management platform
• Stripe - Payment processing service

You agree to comply with RevenueCat's Terms of Service and Stripe's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for payment processing errors by third-party providers.

6.3 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

DELETING THE APP OR YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TRIALS. You must cancel through the appropriate method (App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat customer portal, or Stripe billing portal) before the renewal date.

6.4 Refunds

We would love to help, but unfortunately, we do not manage App Store subscriptions directly and therefore cannot handle refunds for them. These are processed and managed entirely through Apple's App Store.

6.5 Cancellation

To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period. Deleting the app, deleting your account, or uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscriptions.

For web subscriptions, cancel through your account settings (Manage Subscription) or contact support.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, integration, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties implied by any course of performance or usage of trade, all of which are expressly disclaimed.

8. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Selfmap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selfmap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from any losses, liabilities, damages, claims, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services.

Please review these Terms of Service regularly. Your continued use of the Services after the effectiveness of such changes will constitute acceptance of and agreement to any such changes.

12. Apple App Store

If you are accessing the Service on an Apple Inc. ("Apple") App Store or if you are using the Service on an iOS device(s), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following notice regarding Apple. These Terms are between you and the Company only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service and the content thereof.
