No refunds through us. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
These Terms include important warranty disclaimers (Section 8) and a limitation of liability (Section 9). Please read them.
These Terms govern your use of the PoseUp iOS application and related services (the "Service") operated by Selfmap AI ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may modify these Terms by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
PoseUp is an AI photo-editing tool for personal, recreational, and creative use. AI-generated outputs are non-deterministic and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended changes. The Service is not a medical, forensic, biometric, or evidentiary tool, and we do not guarantee any particular aesthetic outcome.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA). Users between 13 and 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
PoseUp uses anonymous authentication. There is no signup, no email, and no password. Your "account" is an anonymous identifier tied to your device and is not synced across devices. A new device or factory reset produces a fresh, unrelated identity. Erasing your account inside the app is permanent and irreversible.
You are responsible for activity that takes place under your device's identifier.
You may upload only photos that you own or have permission to use, and that depict yourself or someone who has given you explicit consent.

You also agree not to reverse-engineer the Service, bypass paywalls or rate limits, use bots or automated systems, resell credits, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations.
Features that consume server resources cost credits. New users start with no credits. Credits are obtained only by purchasing a credit pack. Pack prices are listed in the app and may change at any time; changes do not affect packs already purchased.
Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases sold through the Apple App Store and recorded by RevenueCat on our behalf. There are no subscriptions, no trials, and no auto-renewal.
Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable. They expire when you erase your account. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple. If Apple grants a refund, the corresponding credits will be deducted.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By submitting a photo, you grant us and our processors a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process it for the sole purpose of generating, storing, and delivering your requested output.
The AI-generated output of your generation is yours to use for personal and lawful commercial purposes, subject to the acceptable-use rules in Section 5, the terms of the underlying AI provider, and any third-party rights in the input image.
We make no warranty that the Service will produce any particular result. We may, at our sole discretion, decline to deliver an output we believe violates these Terms or applicable law, in which case we will refund the credits.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELFMAP AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selfmap AI and its service providers from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, any photo you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate by erasing your account inside the app. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
These Terms are between you and Selfmap AI, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use of the Service must comply with the App Store usage rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Selfmap AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
